I offer psychotherapy for Depression and counselling in central and south-west London in English, in Greek and French.

I supervise the clinical work of counsellors at The Wimbledon Guild, and I run in private practice supervision groups of psychodynamic and integrative approach for qualified practitioners and trainees.

I am a qualified psychodynamic psychotherapist in London.

I trained at WPF Therapy, one of the leading training centres for psychotherapists in the country.

I practice time limited and open-ended psychodynamic psychotherapy:

Time-limited therapy of 12 sessions, where we agree on a specific goal for what we need to work on the outset.

Open-ended, is a comprehensive work which allows a deeper exploration of one's difficulties. We will agree to end therapy at some point during treatment.

Both modes of treatment involve setting a regular date and time and meeting weekly for 50 minutes at the time agreed. The relationship that will develop between us during these sessions is a the core of psychodynamic psychotherapy, and it might take a few sessions for this relationship to emerge.

Both modes of treatment can be face to face in central and south-west London or over Skype.

My consultation rooms are in central London conveniently located near Victoria Station and London Bridge Station. I chose these locations having in mind people who need to fit therapy into a busy professional life, for example, during a lunch break or after work in the evening.

In East Sheen SW London, where I work mornings, my consultation room is part of the Sheen Lane Health Centre. The health centre has facilities such as wheelchair access and lift as well as on-site parking and is easily accessible by frequent buses (33 337 493 969) and regular train services (Mortlake train station).

I also offer online counselling.
